To prevent charges, you must actively cancel at least 24 hours before the trial/subscription ends via your app store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. We recommend saving this information for reference.
Agreement to Terms
Clenzo (the "App") is a comprehensive device optimization and organization application that helps users manage storage, clean photos and videos, organize contacts, clean Gmail inbox, and protect private files. The App and all related content/services (collectively, the "Service") are provided by Bloom Innovation LLC ("we"/"us"), a Georgia-registered company (Company ID: 405717648).
By accessing the Service, you enter a binding legal agreement governed by these Terms. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS IN FULL BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.
Our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms are incorporated herein. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without individual notice.

- Disputes require mandatory arbitration (waiving jury trials/class actions) unless you opt out within 30 days of first use.
- If you disagree with any term, immediately discontinue Service access.
Service Description
The App provides the following features:
- Storage Optimization — identify and remove large files, cache, and temporary data
- Photo & Video Cleaning — detect and remove duplicate photos, similar images, screenshots, compress media files
- Contact Management — merge duplicate contacts, remove empty entries, backup and restore contacts
- Gmail Inbox Cleaning — group emails by sender, review and delete unwanted emails in bulk (requires optional Google account connection)
- Private Vault — securely hide private photos, videos, and files
- Widgets — battery and storage status widgets
Service Usage & Age Requirements
- You use the Service at your sole risk.
- We may modify/discontinue the Service without notice.
- The Service is intended for users aged 16+. Minors require parental consent.
Google Account Integration
If you choose to connect your Google account for Gmail cleaning features:
- You authorize the App to access your Gmail data solely for providing email cleaning functionality
- Gmail data is processed on your device and is not stored on our servers
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time within the App or via Google Account settings
- Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy
Intellectual Property Rights
All Service content (code, designs, trademarks, etc.) is our exclusive property. You may not:
- Reproduce, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Reverse engineer or bypass security measures.
We grant a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use per these Terms.
User Obligations
You represent/warrant that:
- You have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- You meet the minimum age requirement.
- You won't use bots/scripts or violate laws.
- You will review content before confirming deletion actions.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Scrape data or exploit the Service commercially.
- Disrupt functionality or distribute malware.
- Post harmful/illegal content.
- Use the Service to access or process data belonging to others without authorization.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Free features include ads; premium tiers require auto-renewing subscriptions.
- All payments process through app stores under their policies.
- Available plans: Weekly / Monthly / Yearly.
- Cancel anytime at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
User Content & Data
You retain full ownership of your personal content (photos, contacts, emails, vault files). The App processes this data locally on your device to provide its features. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google APIs, analytics providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We disclaim responsibility for third-party content/linked services.
Data Practices
Data collection/usage adheres to our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Personal content (photos, contacts, emails, vault) is processed locally on your device
- We do not store your personal content on our servers
- Analytics data is collected to improve the Service
Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for violations without notice.
Service Modifications
The Service may change or experience downtime without liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Georgian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Georgian courts.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for backing up your data before using cleanup features. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service.
Liability Cap
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid (or $30 USD if no fees apply).
Indemnification
You agree to cover losses from your breach of these Terms.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices/transactions electronically.

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
- Invalid clauses don't void remaining terms.
